What are we looking for? We are looking for an AI Project Manager who combines a strong business mindset with a solid technical understanding of Artificial Intelligence. You should be comfortable working at the intersection of clients, business needs and technology: understanding what a client is trying to achieve, translating those needs into feasible AI initiatives, and leading technical teams through successful delivery. You do not need to be the person implementing the models, but you should have enough technical depth to understand the solutions being built, challenge technical decisions when necessary, and communicate effectively with AI engineers, architects and client stakeholders. What will you be accountable for? As an AI Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of AI initiatives, including:
• Shaping project proposals, including scope, approach, team, effort and delivery plan.
• Leading project delivery and ensuring agreed timelines, quality standards, scope and financial objectives are met.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams of AI engineers, data scientists and other technical specialists.
• Creating a positive working environment and supporting the professional development of team members.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Understanding business requirements and translating them into clear objectives and priorities for the technical team.
• Communicating project progress, risks, decisions and results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.



Why would we want to meet you? Mandatory requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or another related technical field.
• A solid understanding of AI fundamentals, covering both classical machine learning and generative AI.
• Experience leading projects and/or technical teams, preferably within AI, data or advanced analytics.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• The ability to discuss technical topics confidently with engineers while communicating their business implications to non-technical stakeholders.
• Residence in Spain or willingness to relocate to Spain. Nice to have
• A master’s degree or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science or a related field.
• Previous experience in consulting or other client-facing environments.
• Experience using AI assistants effectively as part of your day-to-day work.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum ways of working.
• Experience defining AI project proposals, estimates or statements of work.
• An excellent command of English, ideally C1–C2 level. What do
