Keep reading As the Delivery Lead for Claims QA, you will play a pivotal role in scaling an innovative AI-powered claims quality assurance solution beyond its initial European implementation. You will lead the expansion into Canada, helping shape the future blueprint for deployment across additional business units and geographies. This role combines product delivery leadership, business analysis, stakeholder management, and data-driven problem solving. You will be responsible for turning an emerging product into a scalable capability while ensuring early business value is delivered.

Location:
Hybrid from Barcelona (1 day per week at the office) Main tasks:
• Leading the end-to-end delivery of the Claims QA rollout into Canada, establishing the implementation approach, critical path, key milestones, and delivery plan.
• Becoming a deep expert in the Claims QA product, understanding its business value proposition, users, AI capabilities, operating model, and opportunities for financial leakage and quality improvement.
• Working closely with Claims, IT, Data, Analytics, Architecture, and Business Unit leaders to identify and secure the people, data, interfaces, approvals, and decisions required for successful delivery.
• Acting as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, subject matter experts, data scientists, engineers, and product leadership.
• Driving discovery activities to understand Canada's claims processes, systems, data landscape, regulatory requirements, and operational differences from the UK implementation.
• Identifying which elements of the current solution should remain business-unit specific and which should be generalized into reusable capabilities to support future expansion across additional markets.




• Working with claims experts to validate findings, assess identified leakage opportunities, and ensure outputs are trusted and actionable.
• Defining and executing testing, evaluation, and acceptance approaches, ensuring both business and technical objectives are met. What do we need?
• Proven experience leading complex business and technology initiatives from discovery through implementation and business adoption.
• Experience establishing delivery plans, managing critical paths, resolving dependencies, and driving execution in ambiguous environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong business analysis capabilities, including requirements elicitation, process analysis, solution definition, and business case development.
• Experience working with data-intensive systems, analytics initiatives, AI, machine learning, or decision-support solutions is highly desirable.
• Experience within insurance claims, claims operations, claims transformation, claims analytics, fraud, leakage management, or quality assurance is highly desirable.
• Ability to engage confidently with technical teams on APIs, data flows, interfaces, architecture, testing, and implementation approaches.
• Advanced English language skills, written and spoken. Spanish and German are an advantage. What can
