The Opportunity We are supporting a large international healthcare organization in its search for an M&A; Project Manager to coordinate a multi-jurisdiction transaction pipeline across Spain, Europe, and Latin America. The role is focused less on pure deal execution and more on cross-functional coordination, project governance, bottleneck resolution, and maintaining momentum across multiple transactions at different stages. The successful candidate will act as the central coordination point between regional deal teams, headquarters, and functions including legal, finance, commercial, and operations. The role is based in Madrid on a hybrid basis, with approximately two days per week on-site. Responsibilities
• Coordinate multiple M&A; projects across Spain, Europe, and Latin America.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks across live transactions.
• Drive progress across legal, finance, commercial, operations, and regional teams.




• Act as the central link between regional deal activity and headquarters.
• Provide structured status updates and escalate issues with clear recommendations.
• Support consistent M&A; governance, reporting, and project cadence across markets. Requirements
• Demonstrable M&A; experience across different stages of the transaction lifecycle.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
• Experience working across multiple geographies, stakeholders, and time zones.
• Proactive, hands-on working style with a strong bias toward execution.
• Ability to build credibility quickly within a large, matrixed organization.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• Based in or able to work regularly from Madrid. Nice to Have
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals.
• Exposure to Latin American transactions.
• Experience with M&A; PMO, integration management, or post-merger integration.
• Background in Corporate Development, Big Four Deals, Transaction Services, or strategy consulting.
