Brand Ambassador – Sales | Tenerife South Airport Are you a natural closer? We’re looking for a high-performing sales professional to represent leading international brands at Tenerife South Airport. This is not a traditional customer service role. We need someone with a strong commercial mindset who knows how to approach customers, identify needs, overcome objections, persuade and close sales — even when the customer is hesitant. What You’ll Do
• Proactively engage with international travelers.
• Identify needs and recommend the right products.
• Handle objections and close difficult sales.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Deliver a professional, memorable customer experience. What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a target-driven environment.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and closing skills.
• Resilient, confident and highly results-oriented.
• Advanced/fluent English is essential.




• Comfortable selling and handling objections in English.
• Additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Adaptable availability, including weekends and rotating shifts.
• 21+ due to the nature of the products.
• Tenerife resident — accommodation is not provided.
• Clean criminal record required. The interview will be conducted in English and will assess your communication and sales skills.

What We Offer

€20,000 gross per year, plus up to €300 per month in performance-based incentives.
