Job description
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our Finance team, bringing strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities and a hands-on approach within a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsabilities
Lead Group consolidation, monthly closing and financial reporting.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial information across Group entities located in different countries.
Own the Group reporting package for senior management.
Coordinate external audits and strengthen financial controls.
Drive standardisation, automation and improvement of closing and reporting processes.
Support the financial integration of acquisitions.
Requirements
Requeriments
12+ years of experience in Finance, Consolidation and Reporting.
Strong multi-company / international consolidation experience.
Previous experience in Big Four or a leading audit firm , highly valued.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting and audit processes .
Experience in international, complex organisations.
Fluent English (C1/C2) essential.
Strong leadership, analytical skills and hands-on approach.
