We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Quality Engineer (Automation & AI) professional with high proactivity.
Main responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Python.
Implement unit, integration, end-to-end, API, and performance tests.
Define the product quality strategy together with the development team.
Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
Identify quality risks and propose continuous improvements in both processes and tools.
Perform exploratory testing when necessary to discover scenarios not previously considered before automation.
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering with a strong focus on automation.
Experience developing automation frameworks in Python.




Experience defining and implementing testing strategies for modern applications.
High level of English (daily work in English).
General competencies Analytical mindset and quality-oriented approach.
Good communication skills in English.
Experience developing automation frameworks in Python.
Experience with Pytest.
Experience testing REST APIs.
Knowledge of different testing levels:o Unit Testing o Integration Testing o End-to-End Testing o Performance Testing o Exploratory Testing Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working with Git and GitLab.
Knowledge of Docker.
Experience using AI tools in daily work to increase productivity (GitHub Copilot, AI-based assistants, agents, MCP Servers or equivalent tools).
Knowledge of TypeScript.
Experience validating products based on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Large Language Models.
Knowledge of performance testing tools.
