Employ is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Thermal Energy & Heat Exchangers to lead our European market expansion. You will build a pipeline from scratch, engage industrial buyers, and drive complex, long-cycle sales of thermal equipment across Germany and Spain and beyond.

You will travel across Europe, lead technical-commercial discussions, and collaborate with EPCs and partners to close deals, based on a strong track record in B2B industrial sales and fluent English communication.
