Take on a key role in our Corporate Process Technologies team within Drees & Sommer Digital Services and drive the further development and technical support of our globally deployed HR systems together with us.

Your responsibilitiesDrive Digital Transformation: Advise and support our HR stakeholders in the end-to-end implementation, enhancement and optimization ofSAP SuccessFactors Learning and Performance & Goals.
Analyze business requirements, challenge existing HR processes and design scalable, cutting-edge solutions—leveraging AI capabilities and emerging technologies to keep our systems ahead of the curve.




Hands-on Configuration & Enablement: Lead workshops, present best practices and independently configure both the Learning and Performance & Goals modules to continuously elevate user experience, process efficiency and business value.
Assume full responsibility for your dedicated functional areas from day one, drive strategic initiatives and actively shape the evolution of our general Talent & Learning technology landscape.
Lead Impactful Projects: Plan, manage and coordinate complex Talent Management system projects in close, collaborative partnership with HR functions, business stakeholders, internal IT teams and external implementation partners.
QualificationsSeveral years of professional experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, with a strong focus on Performance & Goals and Learning
Solid understanding of HR processes and experience translating business requirements into effective system solutions
Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders across HR, IT and business functions
High English level (C1)
