As Supply Operations Lead in our International team, you will own supply performance across the PLECA region with comprises, turning data into clear priorities and actions that move delivery time, courier efficiency and cost per order. You will lead a high-performing team, act as a strategic partner to country General Managers and Heads of Operations, and build the standardised operating models that prepare every market for growth, seasonality and competition. Analyse operational data obsessively to identify trends, uncover root causes and define priorities that drive meaningful improvements for a great customer experience. Translate insights into clear action plans that improve delivery time, rider efficiency and cost performance. Own operational performance excellence metrics end-to-end, ensuring strong courier supply balance, delivery experience and partner operations. Understand, deep-dive and standardise scalable operating models across cities through supply readiness for seasonality, business growth and operational shifts. Work closely with the General Managers and Heads of Operations as a strategic partner, contributing to key decisions and supporting market-level priorities.



Collaborate with integral operations and cross-functional teams to deploy new tools, processes and products launches consistently. Experience owning projects and leading teams in technical assignments. ~ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business or a related field. An MBA or equivalent post-graduate program is a strong plus, especially if paired with operational experience in on-demand or last-mile delivery. ~ Strong analytical capability, problem solving and data driven decision-making. You’re comfortable exploring dashboards, running pivot tables and using data to inform decisions and challenge assumptions.
