We are looking for a Support Manager – Electro-Optical Systems - General Opportunity - Global Opportunity to join our team in Madrid or Valdepeñas, working in a hybrid model.
WHAT WILL YOUR MISSION BE?
You will be responsible for driving and coordinating maintenance and
support projects for electro-optical systems
, connecting the customer with the different technical teams and ensuring effective service throughout the system's entire lifecycle.
WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS?
Plan and manage
maintenance and support projects for electro-optical systems
.
Coordinate
preventive and corrective maintenance activities, HW/SW support,
repairs and technical assistance.
Manage upgrades
, modifications, obsolescence and enhancements to in-service systems.
Monitor
planning, costs, risks, milestones, deliverables and KPIs
.
Manage the
day-to-day relationship with the customer
and monitor contractual commitments.
Coordinate internal multidisciplinary teams and suppliers.
Support the
preparation of scope extensions
and new requirements identified during contract execution.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Experience in managing
maintenance or In-Service Support (ISS) projects
.
Experience coordinating teams, suppliers and customers.
Knowledge of electro-optical systems,
EO/IR
, sensors or electronics, preferably within the Defence sector.
Knowledge of maintenance,



obsolescence management and lifecycle support.
Professional English proficiency and willingness to travel.
Desirable
experience with
ILS, SLA, KPIs, ERP
and project management tools.
