We are currently looking for an English-Speaking Customer Service Representative – Benelux Market We are looking for a highly autonomous, solution-oriented, and process-driven professional to join our Netherlands Customer Service team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly juggling multiple tasks—from active phone calls to SAP and Salesforce (SFDC) data management—while maintaining strict adherence to company procedures and team KPIs. Following an initial training period, you will be expected to quickly gain autonomy, take ownership of your accounts and activities, and proactively drive solutions for both internal and external stakeholders. Build strong customer relationships, gaining a deep understanding of their business, organization, and key contacts. End-to-End Order Processing & Quality Control Perform quality checks and implement corrective actions when required.
Follow established procedures and quality standards, including QS 9000, ISO, and related guidelines. Support team KPI achievement, including order accuracy, response times, and OTIF performance. Collect and analyze information to support effective root-cause investigations and resolution. Master Data Maintenance & Financial Support Maintain Customer Master Data in accordance with company procedures and guidelines.



Process updates related to customer, material, and pricing data. Support cash collection and credit hold processes. Sales Support, Forecast Tracking & Operations Monitor sales performance against forecasts and investigate key variances with customers. Support Sales with account reporting, analysis, and volume tracking. Provide operational backup for Junior and Senior CSRs as needed. Fluency in English is essential. Dutch, French or another European language is an advantage, but not a requirement. Experience with SAP and Salesforce is beneficial, but not mandatory; training can be provided. Excel experience is beneficial, but not mandatory. Advanced or expert-level skills are not required, and training can be provided. Background in planning or logistics is a plus. A senior profile is preferred, but junior applicants with the right attitude, a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn are also welcome. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Performance Coatings and Mobility Coatings, which serve four end markets, including Refinish, Industrial, Light Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle, across North America, EMEA, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.
