Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra Mallorca is seeking an experienced F&B; Captain to oversee a designated service area, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional service, and a guest-centric dining experience in line with Mandarin Oriental values.
You will lead by example on the floor, guide the team, demonstrate in-depth knowledge of menus and beverages, and uphold mise en place, cleanliness, and accurate billing.
Degree in Hospitality and 2–3 years in luxury hospitality are expected.
