Job Description
Research & Development Technician We are seeking a Research & Development Technician to join our growing R&D; team. This position will focus on working with other R&D; staff members to create lab scale and pilot batches of polyurethane adhesives, sealants, elastomer and coatings. The successful candidate will regularly meet senior R&D; staff to obtain projects and to provide updates on progress.

Key Responsibilities
# Assist senior R&D; staff with developing formulations from lab scale testing to pilot batches. # Conduct lab testing on R&D; products and production products, as needed. # Ensure laboratory chemicals and supplies are maintained. # Aid in the maintenance of a clean laboratory. # Maintain detailed records of observations and testing from product trials. # Manage and prioritize multiple ongoing tasks. # Take part in ongoing R&D; meetings to develop a more in depth knowledge of ongoing products with a goal to increase independence. # Provide senior R&D; staff with updates on project statuses and needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
