This role ensures the workforce is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools required to deliver world-class customer service, driving operational excellence, and supporting enterprise growth.
The Director provides a direct connection between the global enterprise strategy and the regional business, and ensures that general standards, frameworks, and priorities are applied with discipline while enabling thoughtful regional and OU-level adaptation.
