Dutch and Spanish language skills are a plus What You’ll Do Own the end-to-end technical architecture of the Service Now platform across all implemented and planned modulesLead the design of High‑Level Designs (HLDs) and Low‑Level Designs (LLDs) for complex Service Now implementations including multi‑instance, global, and highly integrated environmentsTranslate strategic business objectives and technology requirements into concrete, actionable architectural blueprintsApply deep cross‑functional module knowledge to design solutions and ensure proper data model alignment including CSDMDefine, implement, and lead technical governance processes including Design Authority Board reviews for all major platform changes and custom developmentEnforce Service Now best practices, design standards, and development guidelines to minimise technical debt and keep the platform evergreenConduct technical risk assessments and provide architectural assurance, ensuring compliance with security protocols, data governance, and regulatory requirementsDesign and govern secure, high‑performance integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub between Service Now and enterprise applicationsLead the definition and governance of the Service Now data model, CMDB, and CSDM, ensuring data integrity and qualityAct as the ultimate technical escalation point for complex architectural, performance, and security challengesCoach, mentor, and provide technical guidance to Solution Architects, Developers, and Implementation teamsPresent technical strategies, architectural decisions, and platform roadmaps to audiences ranging from technical teams to C‑suite executivesSupport pre‑sales activities including scoping, estimates, and statements of work #J-18808-Ljbffr
