Talent Acquisition and Finance to ensure People Ops process and policies compliance.Build and maintainjob-levelingframeworks and salary benchmarks; manage Phantom Shares, sales/performance bonus evaluations, and localbenefitsprograms.Own Headcount (HC) and Cost of Employment (CoE)reporting ; build and maintaindashboardsto support data driven decisions.Own multi-country labor disputes, disciplinary processes, and settlements alongside external counsel. Act as an escalation point for complex employee relations issues, conducts impartial internal investigations, and ensures fair conflict resolution.Reviewemployment contracts, implement newhiring models, and ensurestatutory workplace certificationsacross all hubs.SpearheadHRISmigrations, workflow automations, and People Ops integration tracks for M&A activities.Sustainability & ESG Certifications : Lead People Ops compliance and audit processes to achieve and maintain our B Corp status and related sustainability certifications.Your basic qualificationsAt least7 yearsof progressive experience in People Operations, with a minimum of 2 years successfully managing and mentoring a team.In-depth, demonstrable expertise inSpanish statutory labor regulations, contract types, disciplinary procedures, and compliance standards (essential).Proven experience managing People Operations acrossdistributed, multi-countryEuropean entities (experience covering Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, or Albania is a strong advantage).Total Rewards & Workforce Analytics :
