We are looking for a Finance Budget Partner to help us in our ambition to support the Bank's growth and diversification achieving commercial and financial targets, while ensuring that we build towards the overall strategy T2D.
You are the key representative from the Finance department in a cross-functional team with colleagues from business, operations and IT to contribute to the control of our expenses and have an impactful partnership with all our stakeholders. This means you fully understand the expenses and capacity budget of the bank and use this to proactively propose and promote ideas to optimize resources and investments across the bank and bring our strategy into execution.
In this role you are part of a small team (6 FTE) in the Management Accounting area, within the finance function.
You will receive close support and attention from your manager in the delivery of your duties and your professional development.
What you'll be doing as a Finance Budget Partner:Expenses management – towards becoming a 'financial business partner'

Focused on process optimization in the management of the team's business-as-usual activities.
Master or bachelor's degree (preferably in mathematics or engineering) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable role.
Full proficiency in Excel (PowerQuery), SAS and SQL.
Excellent speaking and writing skills in English is a must.
