Requisition ID11338-Posted10/28/2026-Spain-VILADECAVALLS-HR & OHSEIn our Viladecavalls headquarters, we are looking for a Human Resources Trainee to support or local HR Team, mainly in Labour Relations and Talent Management.This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across different HR functions, combining people-oriented activities with a business-driven, analytical and digital approach.GENERAL FUNCTIONSLabour Relations & HR Legal- Support the preparation and management of legal and administrative documentation related to labour relations.- Assist in the follow-up of labour regulations, collective bargaining agreements and internal HR policies.- Support employee relations processes and other labour-related initiatives.Talent Acquisition & Development- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for trainee positions, including CV screening, phone and face-to-face interviews.- Assist in the onboarding and follow-up of trainees.- Collaborate in talent development initiatives and support of training activities when needed.- Support the management and processing of HR-related invoices.HR Analytics & Reporting- Support the preparation and analysis of HR reports, dashboards and KPIs.- Collect and analyse HR data to identify trends and support decision‑making.- Contribute to the digitalization,
automation and continuous improvement of HR processes.POSITION REQUIREMENTS- Students currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Management or a related field.- Strong analytical skills and a business-oriented mindset.- Tech‑savvy profile, with advanced Excel skills and an interest in data analysis, reporting and digital tools.
