The role combines hands-on technical knowledge, architectural design capabilities, and consulting skills to design and deliver end-to-end cybersecurity solutions across complex enterprise environments. The idóneo candidate will have experience across multiple cybersecurity domains, including Zero Trust, Cloud Security, Network Security, Identity & Access Management, Application Security, Secure SDLC, Data Protection, and emerging technologies such as AI Security. You will act as a **technical leader across multiple cybersecurity initiatives** , driving architectural decisions, guiding technical teams, and ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with client requirements. **Key Responsibilities** **Security Architecture & Design** + Design end-to-end cybersecurity architectures across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. + Define reference architectures, technical designs (HLD/LLD), security patterns, and integration models. + Assess existing architectures, identify security gaps, and define target-state architectures and transformation roadmaps. **Zero Trust, Identity & Network Security** + Design Zero Trust architectures and security transformation strategies. + Architect and integrate IAM, PAM, MFA, ZTNA, SASE/SSE, and microsegmentation solutions. + Define identity-centric security models, conditional access, least privilege, and network security controls. **Cloud, Application & AI Security** + Design security architectures for Azure, AWS, GCP, and hybrid infrastructures. + Integrate cloud security capabilities such as CSPM, CNAPP, CWPP, and workload protection. + Incorporate Secure SDLC, DevSecOps, and Secure-by-Design principles into application and cloud architectures. + Design security controls for applications, APIs, containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD environments. + Define security architectures and controls for AI/GenAI environments, including LLM applications, AI platforms, data protection, access control, and AI-specific security risks. **Technical Leadership & Consulting** + Act as a technical lead across multiple cybersecurity projects and initiatives, providing architectural guidance and technical oversight. + Lead architecture workshops, technical design reviews, and solution validation activities. + Coordinate with multidisciplinary technical teams to ensure consistent integration of security technologies. + Participate in technical proposals, RFP responses, pre-sales activities, and solution defence.



+ Ensure architectures align with business requirements, security standards, and applicable regulations. **Who You Are** **Minimum Required Experience** + **7+ years of experience in cybersecurity** , with proven experience in security architecture and complex technical solution design. + Experience designing and integrating end-to-end cybersecurity solutions in enterprise-scale environments. + Strong technical background in multiple security domains, such as Zero Trust, IAM/PAM, Network Security, Cloud Security, Application Security, Secure SDLC, or Data Security. + Ability to produce security architectures, HLD/LLD documentation, integration designs, and implementation roadmaps. + Experience providing technical leadership and working with multidisciplinary teams and enterprise clients. **Core Required Competencies** + **Security Architecture:** End-to-end design of cybersecurity solutions across multiple technology domains. + **Zero Trust & Infrastructure Security:** Understanding of identity-centric architectures, secure access, network security, and segmentation. + **Cloud Security:** Knowledge of cloud-native security controls, workload protection, and hybrid environments. + **Application Security & SSDLC:** Understanding of DevSecOps, application security testing, and Secure-by-Design principles. + **AI Security:** Understanding of emerging security risks and architectural controls for AI/GenAI solutions. + **Technical Leadership & Consulting:** Strong architectural decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. **Languages** + Spanish and English (B2 level or higher). **Education & Certifications** + Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience. + Highly valued: CISSP, CCSP, CISM, cloud security certifications, or relevant vendor certifications. + Experience with security architecture methodologies, AI Security, DevSecOps, and cloud-native technologies is desirable. **Being You** The "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
