? Freelance Integration Engineer | Barcelona

We’re looking for a hands-on Integration Engineer to take ownership of an international company’s enterprise integrations during a transformation programme.

You’ll map existing flows, connect new applications and retire legacy platforms, keeping critical Finance, HR and identity data moving reliably across systems.

? What you’ll do

- Design, build and maintain integrations and automations using Workato.
- Connect enterprise applications including SAP S/4HANA, HiBob and Okta.
- Map existing flows, dependencies and data ownership.
- Manage migrations, platform decommissioning and cut-overs.
- Improve monitoring, error handling, security and documentation.
- Work directly with Finance, HR, IT and Security teams.

? What we’re looking for

- 5+ years of experience in enterprise integration, iPaaS or application engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workato, or deep expertise in MuleSoft,



Boomi or Celigo and the ability to learn quickly.
- Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA or another major ERP.
- Solid knowledge of REST APIs, authentication, webhooks and data mapping.
- Experience delivering migrations or decommissioning projects in production.
- Fluent English, autonomy and strong documentation skills.

✨ Nice to have

Experience with HiBob or another HRIS, Okta/SCIM, AWS S3, SFTP, Python or JavaScript, and integration architecture.

- Location: Barcelona, hybrid
- Contract: Freelance / B2B
- Duration: 6 months+, renewable
- Start: ASAP
- Daily rate: Open budget, depending on experience
- Spanish or French is a plus.
