As part of our growth, we are hiring a
General PQA Digital Transformation & Process Support Trainee (m/f/d)
in
Nacelles Global Production Quality Assurance (Quality Nacelles)
.
The main tasks and responsibilities will be as follows:
MY TASKS:
Supporting the digital transformation of Quality Assurance processes through the development and implementation of digital solutions
Designing, developing, and maintaining applications using
Microsoft Power Apps
to support, standardize, and optimize Quality Assurance processes
Creating, updating, and improving
Power BI dashboards and reports
, ensuring the availability of reliable and up-to-date KPIs for business stakeholders
Assisting in the automation of reporting activities and data management processes to improve efficiency and data quality
Collaborating with different departments to identify opportunities for process digitalization and continuous improvement
Supporting the analysis, monitoring, and visualization of quality-related data to facilitate data-driven decision-making
Participating in digital transformation projects and providing support on additional tasks within the Quality Assurance department
MY PROFILE:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in
Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Digital Transformation, or a related field
Advanced level of English is required (C1)
Knowledge of
Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and/or Power BI)
is highly valued




Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into digital solutions
Interest in process optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
Good organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn in an international environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
