To strengthen our Delivery & Technical Sales Team, we are looking for a talented and motivated IBM Integration Technologies - Delivery Specialist & Project Leader to join our team in Spain.

This position requires prior professional experience with IBM integration technologies. We are looking for candidates who can contribute from day one in customer-facing delivery projects. Applications from candidates without hands-on experience on IBM integration products will not be considered.

Your Role

As a Delivery Specialist & Project Leader, you will work closely with customers to understand their business and technical requirements, implement solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

This role is specifically aimed at professionals who already have experience delivering customer projects involving IBM integration technologies and enterprise middleware solutions.

You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle, helping customers achieve their integration goals while ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand, analyze, and document customer requirements and use cases.
- Provide technical consultancy and implement customer use cases using Primeur and IBM software solutions.
- Install, configure, and deploy Primeur and IBM products according to agreed timelines, quality standards, and acceptance criteria.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configuration, integration, and implementation activities.
- Collaborate closely with customers, partners,



and internal teams throughout project execution.
- Contribute to continuous product improvement by collecting customer feedback and sharing insights with Product Management and Development teams.
- Support customers in adopting best practices and maximizing the value of Primeur solutions.
- Act as project lead during implementation activities, ensuring effective communication, planning, and successful delivery outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory Requirements

- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Professional proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).
- At least 3 years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, system integration, or technical project delivery roles.
- Good knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems, system administration, shell/batch scripting, process analysis, troubleshooting, and system health monitoring.
- Understanding of networking concepts including IP addressing, routing, ports, firewalls, load balancing, and network troubleshooting.

IBM Technologies (Essential Requirement) Proven hands-on implementation, administration, or delivery experience with one or more of the following IBM integration technologies is mandatory:
- IBM MQ
- IBM DataPower
- IBM App Connect
- IBM API Connect
- IBM webMethods Hybrid Integration

Candidates without demonstrable experience on at least one of the technologies listed above will not be considered for this position.

Additional Technical Requirements





- Basic programming knowledge and strong scripting capabilities.
- Understanding of API technologies and standards, including REST and SOAP.
- Knowledge of application clustering and High Availability (HA) architectures.
- Basic knowledge of relational databases (RDBMS) and SQL.
- Understanding of security concepts and protocols including SSL/TLS.
- Working knowledge of file transfer protocols such as SFTP, FTPS, and HTTPS.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to build effective relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues at all organizational levels.

Preferred Skills The following competencies will be considered an advantage:
- Knowledge of Kafka, Confluent, or other event-driven integration platforms.
- Experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration and middleware platforms.
- Knowledge of workflow management systems and process modeling methodologies.
- Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
- Previous experience leading customer-facing implementation projects.
