POWER PROBE is looking for a Junior Order Management & Transactional Accounting Specialist to join our Finance team in Asturias.
This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in finance operations, order management and accounting, working with our Spain, UK and US entities.
? What you'll be doing:
- Processing and checking customer orders in SAP.
- Registering and matching supplier invoices.
- Applying customer payments and supporting cash allocation.
- Preparing bank, customer, supplier and e-commerce reconciliations.
- Supporting month-end closing activities.
- Handling routine customer and supplier queries.
- Providing cover for daily finance operations when required.
? What we're looking for:
- Degree or vocational qualification in Business,
Finance or Accounting.
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting, administration or customer service.
- Good Excel skills.
- English level B2 or above.
- A methodical, organised and detail-oriented person with a willingness to learn.
Experience with SAP or another ERP, and previous internships in accounting or order processing, would be an advantage.
? Location: Argame, Asturias, Spain – On-site
? Working hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00–20:00
? Contract: Permanent, full-time
? International scope: Spain, UK and US
