? We're hiring: Norwegian-speaking Outbound Sales Representative

? Málaga, Spain (Hybrid: 3 days office, 2 days home) | ⏱️ Full-time

OneMoneyWay is a financial platform offering business accounts, payments and business cards to SMEs across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Spain. We're growing our outbound sales team and are looking for a driven, Norwegian-speaking sales rep to bring new Norwegian business clients on board, working from our office in Málaga's financial district.

? What you'll do

- Prospect and cold call Norwegian SMEs to introduce OneMoneyWay's business accounts, payments and cards
- Book and run sales conversations, uncover client needs and present the right solution
- Own your pipeline from first contact to signed client and handover to onboarding
- Follow up on leads, applications and open opportunities
- Hit weekly and monthly KPIs on calls, meetings and new clients
- Keep all activity and deals up to date in our CRM
- Share market feedback to help sharpen our pitch and offering

✅ What we're looking for
- Fluent Norwegian and good English, written and spoken
- Experience in outbound sales, telesales or B2B sales (or strong motivation to start a sales career)




- Confident on the phone and comfortable with cold calling
- Competitive, target-driven and resilient: you see a "no" as a step closer to a "yes"
- Structured way of working, with discipline around activity and follow-up
- Based in Málaga or willing to relocate

⭐ Nice to have
- Experience selling to SMEs, ideally in fintech, banking, payments or SaaS
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
- Swedish or Danish skills
