People Hive is supporting a client in the search for an Operations & Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Palma de Mallorca.
This is a hands-on, owner-operator style role running the day-to-day operations of a golf club rental business in Palma. The successful candidate will prepare and quality-check rental sets, drive the company van for deliveries and collections, manage bookings, stock and returns, and handle customer calls and emails. It suits someone organised, practical and customer-focused who is comfortable working independently.
Critical Requirements
- Based in Palma de Mallorca or within reasonable commuting distance
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Full driving licence (comfortable driving a van for deliveries and collections)
- Willing to work as a self-employed contractor who invoices (not an employee)
- Hands-on and physically comfortable cleaning, lifting and transporting golf equipment
- Strong organisation and time management, able to run multiple daily bookings independently
- Customer-facing confidence by phone and email, and good computer/booking-system skills
- Adaptable availability in busy golfing and holiday periods
