EBRO is looking for an organized, proactive and execution-driven Sponsoring Junior to support the management, coordination and activation of our partnership with the Real Federación Española de Futbol (RFEF) and future brand sponsorships. You will help ensure that contracted rights are properly delivered, that all teams and partners involved are aligned, and that every activation is tracked from planning to close. You will be exposed to a broad portfolio of properties and competitions, including the Copa del Rey, Copa de la Reina, Supercopa, and the Spanish Men’s, Women’s and U-21 National Teams.
This is a position focused on coordination, organization, follow-up and execution, acting as a key point of support so that every activation meets EBRO’s objectives and standards.
What you’ll do:
- Sponsorship coordination and activation: supporting the planning and execution of the annual activation plan for the RFEF agreement and future sponsorships, coordinating the implementation of the contracted rights and assets (visibility, hospitality, content, experiences, social media, tickets, branding), tracking deliverables and deadlines with the RFEF and the agencies involved, and ensuring activations comply with brand guidelines and EBRO’s objectives.
- Event and match management: tickets, invitations and hospitality, brand presence and materials, set-up and dismantling, on-site follow-up, activation briefings and checklists, and gathering execution evidence to close each project with key learnings and KPIs.
- RFEF liaison: acting as day-to-day support with RFEF teams, requesting and following up on materials, calendars, timings and technical specifications, coordinating approvals and adaptations, and making sure any incidents are resolved.
- Internal coordination:
working across Marketing, PR, Sales, Product, Purchasing and Legal, making sure every area has the information and materials needed to make the most of the sponsorship.
- Agency and supplier coordination: managing and following up with activation, event, content, creative, production, hospitality and sponsorship-evaluation agencies; supporting budget tracking, timings and deliverables; controlling the correct delivery of contracted services; and supporting the evaluation of suppliers and proposals during pitches.
- Content and communication support: supporting the planning of sponsorship-related content, following up on publications linked to each competition and team, collecting photos, videos and other materials generated during activations, and helping prepare content and campaign briefings.
- Reporting and results tracking: maintaining a rights and activations tracker together with the responsible agency, collecting evidence of executed assets, preparing follow-up reports, supporting KPI measurement (visibility, content, hospitality, engagement), and building presentations for internal meetings and for the RFEF.
- Administrative management: drafting and reviewing with the Legal department the terms and conditions of promotions linked to sponsorship activations, managing winners, and tracking the activation budget under the supervision of the Sponsorship Manager.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sponsorship, marketing, events or brand activation.
- Marketing experience; sports sponsorship, sports events, sponsorship rights management, brand activation, hospitality, and coordination with federations, clubs or sports properties are especially valued.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proactivity and autonomy, with a results-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, working with internal teams, agencies, suppliers and external partners.
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and under some pressure during events.
- Fluent Spanish and English (essential); other languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of project management and reporting tools is a plus.
- Attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work in a team with an international mindset.
- Creative thinking with a data-driven approach.
