About the Role

As Value Stream Leader - Demand Planning, you will play a key role in shaping and governing the global demand planning process across all Symrise divisions. You will drive forecasting excellence, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and ensure a consistent and credible view of demand to support the global S&OP; cycle.

In this role, you will:

- Shape and govern the global demand planning process across all divisions.
- Drive forecasting excellence and harmonize processes, tools, KPIs, and planning standards.
- Ensure a consistent and credible view of demand across the organization.
- Partner closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Data teams.
- Provide functional leadership to regional and divisional demand planning teams, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement through advanced forecasting methodologies, analytics, automation, and digital solutions.

About You

- Strong experience in Demand Planning,



S&OP; or Supply Chain Planning, ideally in an international environment.
- Solid knowledge of forecasting methodologies, statistical modelling and demand planning KPIs, including Forecast Accuracy, Bias and Forecast Value Add (FVA).
- Proven experience developing or harmonizing general processes, governance and planning standards.
- Strong understanding of data, analytics and digital planning tools, with the ability to work effectively with IT and Data teams.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.
- Ability to influence and provide functional leadership across different regions and business units.
- Strong analytical mindset combined with the ability to translate market and business insights into actionable demand plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international, matrix organization.
