? We're hiring: Swedish-speaking Customer Support Specialist
? Málaga, Spain (Hybrid: 3 days office, 2 days home) | ⏱️ Full-time
OneMoneyWay is a financial platform offering business accounts, payments and business cards to SMEs across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Spain. As our Swedish client base grows, we're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for our Swedish business clients, working from our office in Málaga's financial district.
? What you'll do
- Help Swedish business clients by phone, email and chat with questions about accounts, payments, cards and billing
- Guide new clients through onboarding and account activation
- Solve issues end-to-end and escalate complex cases to compliance, operations or IT
- Follow up on pending applications and missing documents
- Keep client records and case notes up to date in our CRM
- Share client feedback with the team to improve our product and processes
✅ What we're looking for
- Fluent Swedish and good English, written and spoken
- 1+ years of experience in customer support, customer success or a similar client-facing role
- A structured,
solution-oriented way of working, with a strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable with digital tools and learning new systems quickly
- Calm, friendly and professional, including with frustrated clients
- Based in Málaga or willing to relocate
⭐ Nice to have
- Experience from banking, fintech, payments or B2B services
- Basic understanding of Banking
- Norwegian or Danish skills
