At RUBI Group, we're looking for an International Customer Service Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience supporting customers and distributors across different markets.

What will you do?

- Support the daily management of customer requests and inquiries.
- Assist with order processing and follow-up activities.
- Prepare and manage customer communications, mainly in English.
- Work closely with different departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Help maintain customer information and documentation.
- Learn about international customer service and export operations.

What are we looking for?

- Studies related to International Trade,



International Business or similar areas would be highly valued.
- Spanish C1 level.
- B2 English level.
- French is a plus.
- Good written communication skills.
- Organized, proactive and eager to learn.
- Positive attitude and team spirit.
