Lead the design and implementation of process improvement projects using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma. Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving consensus in a remote environment. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to embed new processes and tools. Measure and monitor the impact of implemented changes on key performance indicators (KPIs). Communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels. Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes and implementations. Champion a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.



Ensure successful adoption and sustainability of improved processes. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on process improvement and operational efficiency. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex improvement projects. Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong leadership, change management, and communication skills. Experience managing projects in a fully remote setting and leading distributed teams. Proficiency in process mapping and project management tools. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change. Fluency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
