You will define and execute the digital strategy for different platforms and products
You will manage and prioritize the backlog according to business objectives
You will lead the roadmap and coordinate the launch of new features and enhancements
You will coordinate multidisciplinary data, UX/UI, and design teams, as well as external partners
You will act as the link between business, technology, and design, ensuring alignment across all teams
You will drive the continuous improvement of the platforms, identifying opportunities to optimize the user experience, content, and performance
You will analyze KPIs and prepare strategic recommendations to support decision-making
You will manage dependencies, risks, and schedules across different initiatives running in parallel

Between 2 and 4 years of experience in similar roles
Native Catalan and a good level of English
Results-oriented mindset and analytical ability
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
Initiative to improve the user experience and the quality of deliverables without losing sight of business objectives
