Job Description
As an Engineer you understand the latest developments in cloud and container technology. You will develop and enhance our T Cloud Public platform in a customer-oriented manner. You want: Solve complex problems in the daily operation of a hyper-scaler's cloud backend. Work hardware-oriented at the console and get your hands "dirty". Develop and operate monitoring and quality assurance. Consistently automate with common automation frameworks. Work in a team of specialists where everyone helps each other in an open and trusting manner.
Qualifications
Completed studies in a technical, engineering or scientific subject or comparable professional training. 6 years of professional experience in IT and securing Linux OS with a focus on modern cloud technologies. Very good knowledge of software defined networks, routing, firewalls, IDS/IPS, Anti-DDo S, WAF and physical networks. Extensive knowledge in infrastructure automation. Strong experience in Linux and network related services and IT-Security. High level of customer focus. Knowledge of agile development processes. Ability to assess technical solutions and come up with creative approaches. Open Stack and programming experience in open source projects is a plus. Fluency in written and spoken English.

We are looking for an experienced Engineer with extensive expertise in cloud and container technologies, strong Linux and network security background, and proven experience in infrastructure automation and IT operations.
Must Have Skills Completed studies in a technical, engineering or scientific subject or comparable professional training
6 years of professional experience in IT and securing Linux OS with a focus on modern cloud technologies
Very good knowledge of software defined networks
Very good knowledge of routing
Very good knowledge of firewalls
Very good knowledge of IDS/IPS
Very good knowledge of Anti-DDo S
Very good knowledge of WAF
Very good knowledge of physical networks
