Aliaxis is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer for the EMEA region to support deployment of Operational Excellence across manufacturing sites and coach local teams in Lean and problem-solving methodologies. You will facilitate improvements, standardize playbooks, and drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. Travel up to 50% and fluency in English are required.
