Medtronic is seeking a remote Technical Services Specialist for the Hugo robotic-assisted surgery system and the DS1 AI platform to support HCP, SUS and FSE across EMEA. You will troubleshoot, communicate clearly and provide remote precision in a highly regulated surgical environment. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving, and the ability to work across time zones, with on-call rotation and occasional on-site training.
