Ryanair seeks a full-time Legal Counsel on a fixed-term maternity cover from January to December 2027. Based at Ryanair's HQ in Dublin with close collaboration from Madrid, the role will focus on managing commercial disputes and drafting B2 B contracts.
The successful candidate will draft and review contracts, advise business teams on rights and risk, interact with external counsel, and help shape commercial legality across Ryanair's network. An LL. M.
