Tecnobit, part of Grupo Oesía , we are looking for a Senior Safety-Critical Software Engineer

to join ourAvionics & Communications team in

Madrid . We are looking for an experienced engineer with a strong background in real-time embedded software and safety-critical avionics systems ,who would like to contribute to advanced technology projects developed in accordance with DO-178C .

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY ROLE?

Design and develop

real-time embedded software

for safety-critical avionics systems.

Define and manage

embedded software requirements for MPSoC-based systems .

Develop

low-level software, drivers and hardware abstraction components .

Develop and maintain embedded software using

C and C++ .

Participate in the development and certification of safety-critical software in accordance with DO-178C .

Manage and trace software requirements using

DOORS .

Perform software verification and testing activities using LDRA .

Develop and integrate software in

real-time operating system environments .

Support

software integration, testing, verification and validation

alongside multidisciplinary engineering teams.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Degree in

Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering ,



or another relevant engineering discipline.

Minimum of

5 years of professional experience in embedded software development .

Experience defining software requirements for real-time embedded systems and MPSoC platforms .

Strong programming skills in

C and C++ for embedded environments .

Professional experience in

low-level software and driver development .

Experience in the development or certification of safety-critical projects under DO-178C .

Experience with

DOORS for requirements management and traceability .

Experience with

LDRA for software verification and testing .

Experience with real-time operating systems such as PikeOS, VxWorks or INTEGRITY

will be highly valued.

High level of English

and the ability to work effectively within an international engineering environment.
