is working with a reputable, award-winning independent games studio as it looks to strengthen its commercial team with a

Sales Manager . With a growing reputation for creativity and innovation, the studio is focused on expanding its reach across the iGaming market, making this a strong opportunity to make a visible impact on its next stage of growth.

Working remotely from anywhere in Europe and reporting closely to the Head of Sales, you'll identify, engage and build relationships with operators, aggregators and platform providers, and negotiate deals that maximise long-term value. This role would suit a well-connected, self-driven dealmaker who enjoys owning partner relationships from first conversation to signed contract.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market reach and drive revenue growth

Build and manage relationships with operators,



aggregators and platform providers

Negotiate and close commercial deals that maximise long-term value

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales activity with company goals

Track industry trends and competitor activity to keep the studio ahead of the market

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or business development within iGaming or gaming

A strong network of industry contacts and a track record of successful deal-making

Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

A self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team

A genuine passion for gaming, creativity and innovation
