On behalf of our esteemed customer, an important High Luxury Brand, we are recruiting the following profile to join their prestigious boutique in Madrid:
STORE MANAGER / HIGH LUXURY BRAND / MADRID
Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all store operations and team performance;
Lead, motivate and develop the boutique team (around 17 FTE);
Be a Brand Ambassador and represent the Core Values of the Brand;
Strong Clienteling focus;
Deliver an outstanding customer experience and ensure excellence in client service;
Drive sales performance, productivity and profitability;
Monitor and analyse KPIs and business results;
Ensure that visual merchandising and store standards are maintained at the highest level;
Produce reports and specific business analysis. The adecuado candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience: Fluent spoken Spanish and English;
At least 8 years of experience in a managerial role within Luxury Brands;
Strong leadership and people management skills;
Business driven and detail oriented;
Team player with the ability to lead and influence peers;
