Key Responsibilities Assist in the implementation and management of Learning Management Systems (LMS). Support the rollout of performance evaluation processes, including planning, retro planning, communications, and follow-up to ensure compliance.



Manage the operational logistics of learning and development processes, ensuring smooth execution of each phase. Track daily KPIs, report progress, and flag any deviations or issues. Collaborate with different areas to ensure proper flow of talent processes and their impact across the business. Support the digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement of HR processes. You will need Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. Strong interest in learning, talent development, and HR systems management.
