You combine technical credibility with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in an international environment. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and develop multiple engineering teams, creating a high-performing and collaborative environment. Drive technical transformation initiatives, including cloud-native and platform modernization projects. Partner with the CTO, Product Managers, and Architects to align engineering priorities with business goals. Champion modern engineering practices, including AWS, automation, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development. Provide direction, support, and clarity to teams, enabling effective execution and ownership.
