Your Task

At T-Systems, we are looking for an SAP Success

Factors Project Manager with experience in implementations to lead digitization and modernization projects in the Human Resources area.

You will be responsible for the planning, execution and monitoring of SAP Success

Factors projects, coordinating the functional and technical teams, as well as the dialogue with the client and the business areas.

Public sector experience will be valued.

Responsibilities

Coordinate mixed teams (internal, customer and suppliers)Define, plan and monitor functional and technical activities of the project

Ensure the correct parameterization and integration of Core, payroll and talent modules

Prepare functional documentation, manage risks, scope and ensure fluid communication with stakeholders

Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced SAP Success

Factors Project Manager with extensive implementation experience, strong leadership capabilities, and deep knowledge of SAP HR modules, particularly for public sector digitization and modernization projects.

Must Have Skills

At least 10 years of experience as SAP Success

Factors Project Manager

Experience leading functional and/or technical teams

Demonstrable experience in public sector projects (municipalities, autonomous communities, ministries, universities, etc.)Strong knowledge in EC (Employee Central) module

Strong knowledge in ECP (Employee Central Payroll) module

Strong knowledge in RC (Recruiting) module

Experience in coordinating teams

University education in Engineering, Business Administration (ADE), or similar field





Nice to Have Skills

Experience in SAP HCM for S/4HANA/H4S4 projects

Certification in SAP HRCertification in PMICertification in PRINCE2Certification in SAP Activate

Knowledge of SAP Fiori HR Apps

Knowledge of SAP Success

Familiarity with personnel file digitization processes (GPG, ECM, Success

Factors Employee Central)Professional English for documentation and meetings with partners
