Digital Sun is one of Spain's leading videogame studios.

Over the past year we've built SOL, an internal, next-generation, AI-first management tool for creative studios and we believe it has real potential as a standalone product.

We're looking for an outstanding CEO to lead a spin-off venture built on SOL, partnering directly with Digital Sun to bring it to market.

What you'd be doing

- Defining the business model and go-to-market strategy together with us.
- Shaping SOL's product direction and priorities as a standalone offering.
- Building and leading the team as the venture grows.

What we're looking for

- A well-rounded profile with technical, commercial and leadership strengths.
- Some prior start-up experience is a plus; we weigh potential and fit as much as track record, though some professional experience is required.
- Comfortable operating with a lot of ambiguity in an early-stage venture.
