CDI Group is looking for an experienced and versatile Project Manager to oversee residential projects, from small renovations and complete refurbishments to interior design, furnishing and turnkey apartment packages.
Key Requirements
- Experience in project design and technical drawings (AutoCAD or similar).
- Strong knowledge of construction, renovations and finishes.
- Ability to plan, coordinate and supervise projects from start to finish.
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Client communication and relationship management.
- Coordination and supervision of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Experience in interior design and furnishing projects.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
