We are looking for a Senior IT Systems Engineer specialised in Microsoft 365 and Azure to join our team in Spain.

This is a key position that will act as the technical link between Grupo SASTI’s companies in Spain, Portugal and Italy and the international Group IT team. The successful candidate will support local IT teams, contribute to the implementation of group-wide standards and participate in the integration and migration of existing Microsoft environments.

Your responsibilities
Support Grupo SASTI companies in Spain, Portugal and Italy with their integration into the Group IT environment.
Participate hands-on in tenant-to-tenant, Microsoft 365, Azure and cloud migration projects.
Harmonise and manage Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, endpoints, security configurations and IT operational processes.
Translate local business and technical requirements into scalable, group-wide IT solutions and standards.
Operate, maintain and further develop Microsoft 365, Azure and Modern Workplace services.
Provide advanced technical support to local IT teams and contribute to effective knowledge transfer.
Automate administrative and operational tasks using PowerShell.
Create and maintain clear and accurate technical documentation.
Coordinate with local stakeholders and international IT teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
What we are looking for
Several years of professional experience as a Senior IT Systems Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Microsoft 365 Engineer or in a similar position.
Strong hands-on knowledge of:
Microsoft 365
Microsoft Entra ID
Microsoft Intune
Exchange Online
Microsoft Teams
SharePoint Online
OneDrive




Very good knowledge of Microsoft Azure and experience working with hybrid Microsoft environments.
Proven experience in migrations, tenant integrations or complex technical rollouts.
Good knowledge of Identity and Access Management, Endpoint Security and IT Security.
Strong PowerShell skills.
Ability to work independently, organise priorities and manage technical projects in a structured way.
Fluent professional English, both spoken and written. This is an essential requirement for the position, as English will be used regularly when working with the international Group IT team.
Fluent Spanish.
Additional languages, particularly Portuguese, Italian or German, will be considered an advantage.
Availability to travel occasionally within the group when required for specific projects.

Gross annual salary: €42,000.
