Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class customer support for Dyson's innovative range of consumer electronics via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot technical inquiries regarding high-end home appliances, ensuring a seamless user experience
Maintain deep product knowledge to offer expert advice and drive customer loyalty for the Dyson brand
Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure high-quality service standards
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service efficiency and resolve complex technical product issues
Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the premium nature of the consumer electronics industry in every interaction




Continuously meet individual and team KPIs in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Requirements
Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this position
Valid EU passport or work permit allowing residency in Greece
Passion for the consumer electronics industry and a desire to learn about cutting-edge technology
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
Ability to work in a remote professional setting while maintaining high performance standards
Previous experience in customer service or technical support is considered a strong asset
