Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of process improvement projects using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving consensus in a remote environment.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to embed new processes and tools.
- Measure and monitor the impact of implemented changes on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes and implementations.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex improvement projects.
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong leadership, change management, and communication skills.
- Experience managing projects in a fully remote setting and leading distributed teams.
- Proficiency in process mapping and project management tools.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change.
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
