- 3–6 years of experience in technical application operations.
- Interface knowledge.
- Good knowledge of TAM activities.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Automation skills are an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform standard TAM operations.
- Work on incidents, problems, changes and service requests (SR).
- Coordinate and align with clients.
- Carry out system health checks.
- Work on TAM for VDI, SAP, batch job scheduling and maintenance of non-SAP applications.
