Nivoda is seeking a Senior Customer Support Executive to ensure retailers across Europe have a seamless experience. You will handle live chat, WhatsApp, and email inquiries, resolving issues related to logistics and orders and acting as the voice of the customer internally.
You’ll onboard and train new joiners, coach colleagues, handle escalations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements. This is a remote Europe-wide role in a fast-growing company.
