We work across strategy, content, campaigns, and events, operating as an embedded partner rather than a task-based service provider.About the roleYou'll lead one of our two marketing cells, covering several brands across B2B fintech, adtech and creator programs.
You'll own the marketing vision and roadmap for these brands and lead a team of designers and social media managers to deliver it.You'll set direction and lead the team, but you'll also spend a large share of your time doing the work yourself: writing the strategy, building campaigns, drafting copy, setting up ads and building AI workflows.
You'll report to the Director of Marketing.Define the marketing strategy for each brand in your cell, grounded in business goals,



customer insight and data.Coach designers and social media managers, delegate with clarity, give direct feedback and help people grow.Identify where AI and automation can speed up research, content production, reporting and campaign operations, build those workflows yourself and teach the team to use them.Track pipeline, lead quality, CPL, ROAS and engagement, and change course when something isn't working.7+ years in marketing, including at least 3 years leading a team.
