General Description

Join our Payments Operations Team and make a difference providing seamless support to our growing network of partners. We're looking for a self-motivated and innovative Payments Technical Support Specialist EMEA to join the team overseeing live operations of our Ria, Xe and Dandelion services in the EMEA region. The position leads support for back-office administration, partner lifecycle management, initiative management, and Zendesk data analytics. The regional Support team manages all queries from partners and agents daily as part of a 24/7 general team.

JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
